Squared Sigma provides AI-powered technology services including, but not limited to:

• AppsLauncher.ai: AI-powered application development and deployment platform
• Eygent.io: Workflow automation and AI agent orchestration platform
• Black Belt Enablement: Sales training, AI-driven coaching, and certification programs
• Fractional Executive Services: On-demand technology and AI leadership services
• Website and Communications: Our public website and associated contact and support channels

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms govern any text message communications between Squared Sigma and you. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Program Description

Squared Sigma sends SMS text messages to customers, prospects, and contacts who have explicitly opted in. Messages may include:

• Responses to your contact form submissions or inquiries
• Appointment and meeting reminders
• Service updates and project status notifications
• Promotional offers and announcements related to our services
• Follow-up communications from our sales or support teams

4.2 How to Opt In

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS messages does not affect other types of communications (e.g., email).

4.5 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us and your activity. We will not send excessive or unsolicited messages.

4.6 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier. Squared Sigma is not responsible for carrier fees associated with text message delivery or receipt.

4.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed for all networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.8 Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared with Twilio solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms and website are owned by or licensed to Squared Sigma, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission.

The names "Squared Sigma," "AppsLauncher.ai," "Eygent.io," and "Black Belt Enablement" are proprietary to Squared Sigma, LLC. Unauthorized use of these names or marks is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Squared Sigma does not guarantee any specific results from the use of our services, including but not limited to outcomes from AI applications, workflow automations, or sales training programs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squared Sigma, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Squared Sigma in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squared Sigma, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
